To apply for the programme, you must:
- Be a female
- Be a Nigerian citizen
- Be currently living in Nigeria
- Be between 18 and 25 years (exceptional applicants between 26-30 will be considered), and
- Be a current student in an undergraduate program in a Nigerian tertiary institution or not be more than two years post-graduation from an undergraduate program.
In addition to the above compulsory requirements, the following skills and attributes are desired:
- High leadership potential
- Strong self-motivation mentality
- High degree of commitment, determination, and goal-orientation
Most parts of this program are virtual; hence, you are required to confirm the availability and conformance of the following:
- Good access to the internet
- Access to and technical knowledge of using basic electronic devices including computers and mobile devices
- Willingness to participate in all sessions and perform all post-learning tasks (Attendance and full participation are parts of the requirements for awarding the “Certificate of Fellowship” at the end of the program)
